Case1
This 28 yr male patient reported with proclined central incisors . He was advised Ortho treatment but the patient was not willing for a lengthy treatment and wanted immediate results as he was getting married in 15 days
Both the central incisors were cut at middle and lower third of crowns and built up with Titanium posts and composite fillings in a retroclined position.
Porcelain fused to metal crowns were fabricated and fixed
Patient was very much satisfied and had great photographs of his wedding .
